From May 25, 2018, the legal basis for the processing of personal data held in the database of people we co-operate with is art. 6 sec. 1 point f) of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 7, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), i.e. the legitimate venture realised by the data administrator. This means that personal data from the indicated database will be processed imprimis for the purpose of mutual co-operation, as well as for analytical and statistical purposes and for potential determination and pursuit of legal claims and defense against those claims. Personal data will be processed until the objection is filed. This period may be extended until any potential claims are barred by limitation, supposing the processing of personal data is necessary to assert or defend against such claims.
You have the right to access, rectify or to delete or limit processing of your data, as well as the right to object to the processing, and the right to transfer these data to another administrator. At any time, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority presiding compliance with the provisions on the protection of personal data, if you believe that the processing of your data violates the GDPR.
